Identification:

Olive/yellow overall with rufous streaks on back and black streaks on side. Black eyeline and semicircle, creating yellow “spectacles.”

The Prairie Warbler is not in fact a denizen of open prairies, preferring instead to flit through brushy pastures and forest clearings while regularly flicking its tail.
