Though I was indoctrinated with a love of baking from a young age, it wasn’t until Christmas of 2010 that I attempted my first biologically-accurate bird cookies. The confections instantly became an annual event for my closest friends and family.
Now, I’m embarking on a far more ambitious project: a cookie field guide to the birds of North America. Twice per week, I’ll post a new species!
